Terms of Service
These launch terms describe how venues, artists and GOMotion use the platform for entertainment discovery, booking coordination and marketplace communication.
Platform Role
GOMotion Events provides a curated marketplace and booking coordination service. Artist profiles, availability, prices and media may be submitted by artists and reviewed by GOMotion before public display.
Bookings
A booking request is not confirmed until GOMotion confirms availability, commercial terms, payment requirements and operational details in writing through the platform or official GOMotion channels.
Payments And Pricing
Artists set the fee they want to receive for a booking. GOMotion adds its own business margin separately to arrive at the price shown to the client, and does not deduct any fee from the artist's agreed amount. Deposits and client payments may be requested through approved payment links or direct GOMotion invoicing.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate contact, pricing, media, availability and event information. Users must not bypass platform communication for bookings introduced through GOMotion.
Changes
GOMotion may update these terms as the platform, payment flow and marketplace policies mature. Material updates should be visible on this page before they apply to new bookings.
